How long is the program?

The short answer is that it will take us about 6 months to connect you with 1,000 ideal contacts, be it clients, partners, or investors.

However, the actual length depends on your needs and capacities. Some of our clients have achieved their goals after 6 weeks and decided to stop there, while others use it as an ongoing support for their sales team. It also depends on your organization’s infrastructure and how long it would take you to handle 100 to 200 calls.

What kind of contacts can I target?

Although this program is primarily designed to connect with leaders and decision-makers, there are practically no limitations on the kind of contact you can target (except for minors, residents of countries with limited access to the internet, or similar cases). We will help you drill down to really target your ideal contact. In preparation for the program, you will receive a comprehensive workbook which we ask you to work through. This will help you understand exactly who your target contact is.

When you fill out your criteria form, you’ll be able to select many different categories including position, location, company size and years of experience.

There may be some restrictions on how prescriptive we can do with a handful of countries but we will manage each set of criteria on a personalized basis and work closely with you to set you up for success.

What happens when you can’t reach 1,000 contacts in 6 months?

Simply put, we will keep going until we reach 1,000! However, based on our experience we are confident that we will reach the 1,000 mark within 6 months.

Are the contacts GDPR compliant?

Yes, of course! We take data protection very seriously and work closely with Linkedin and our GDPR advisors to ensure that we continue to be GDPR compliant.

Can I personalize the messages that you send out?

We have a selection of templates that you can use which have been tested and achieve high conversion rates.

Your Account Manager will also work with you to personalize the messages if required.

How do I make the best use of the templates?

We advise that you make yourself familiar with all the templates and then use the ones that resonate with you and that you feel will start the best conversations with your new contacts.

And of course, you can always tweak the templates to fit your tone of voice.

Do you need access to my Linkedin profile?

We are using Linkedin, as one of the largest B2B networks, to identify potential partners and clients for you. Because the new contacts will be added directly to your Linkedin profile, we need access to your profile.

The reason that this strategy is so successful is because the connection request and messages are coming directly from you or a nominated person within your company. So it’s personalized from the onset.

Rest assured that we keep your details safe and secure. We work with a password custodian who protects your login information. If you do not feel comfortable with sharing your credentials, we also have a solution where you do not need to.

At the beginning of the program, we will need to make a few changes so that it’s compatible with our system but please be reassured that it’s only minor changes at the back end. We do not change your profile by ourselves and we do not give any data from your account to third-parties.

Are you using common software to find the people?

Our program leverages technology through a unique combination of different softwares, partially developed by ourselves. Everything we use is tested, secure, and legal.

Can you assist me in answering all the requests?

If you need additional support in answering requests, we can offer a Relationship Specialist to help with that. Your Account Manager will be happy to arrange this for you.

How do I track results or see analytics from campaigns?

The program gives you access to your personal dashboard to track your progress. You will be able to see your weekly account activity including total prospects, connections sent and accepted, number of messages sent, how many responses and much much more.

What happens if I'm not happy with the program?

If you’re not happy with our program and wish to cancel, then you keep all your new contacts, no questions asked. We offer a full refund within the first 60 days.
